MASA Tacos

Disciples of Flavour

MASA started life with two Brits discovering ‘MASA’ in Mexico; a dough technique that uses corn for authentic tortillas.
They returned home, flipped a corn husk on its side, put an iris in the middle and their logo was born.
They then asked me how we could combine their logo and back story in a way that checks out, and makes their food even tastier.
I said “It sounds like you had a culinary awakening. That works with the eye. And it’s an all-seeing eye. And Mexico is a place of worship, plus you basically went on a pilgrimage. Therefore, your brand positioning is “Disciples of Flavour”, and here are some examples of how a playful TOV can roll out across merch, truck, socials and your eventual Michelin press release ”
Thanks to this, I'm now owed birria for eternity. 👹
